As a qualified and certified Reiki practitioner I was initiated into Shoden and Okuden, Usui Reiki Ryoho through Frans Stein, International House of Reiki.

 

Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice that works on an energetic level to allow the recipient to take whatever they may need at that point in time for them to relax, heal, clear and ground. With regular practice, blockages can open and the body's intrinsic ability to vibrate on an optimum level will be restored.
